The young family acquired a two -room apartment in a monolithic house with a municipal repair. The apartment has separate bathroom and bathroom. Initially, the area of the bathroom did not allow to place a washing machine in it, the design features of the kitchen were also not allowed to put a dishwasher and washing machine in a series. Therefore, the customer after consultations with the contractor decided to demolish the partition between the bathroom and the bathroom. The outer wall, as is often the case in municipal houses, is laid out uneven. In order to avoid unnecessary expenses for leveling the wall, saving living space and to give aesthetic appearance the outer wall is also dismantled and laid out of aerated concrete blocks with a thickness of 100 mm.
Customers plan to live in an apartment for a couple of years and subsequently sell or exchange it for 3-4x room. Therefore, it was decided to carry out high -quality repair standard – class. Buyed domestic tiles, Czech plumbing, Polish shower corner, German mixers.
Old tiles and plaster are lost from the walls, water supply and sewage systems are dismantled, which served its plumbing and steel bathroom. After dismantling, the room is carefully removed from debris and dust, a professional vacuum cleaner is used. Walls and floor are soil-acrylic primer with deep penetration. Then the walls are aligned with a solution, wiring water supply and sewage systems for a shell, toilet, a shower corner and a washing machine is carried out. A heated towel rail is trying on a new place. A plumbing hatch is installed. Cables of power supply to the washing machine, an additional socket for household needs, lighting are mounted. Put the tiles in the basic way. Mount the rack ceiling, cut 5 point lamps.
Connect the faucets and towels. Shower corner, a toilet with a sink takes its place, a mirror box is hung, a washing machine is connected. Install the entrance door 700 mm with a lock.
