Perchlorvinyl paints

Pershlorvinyl compounds (PHV) are finished according to concrete, brick and plastered surfaces. PHV paints are a suspension of pigments in perchlorvinyl varnish. Surfaces painted with such compositions, atmosphere and in the case of dusting are easily laundered by water. Before painting, the old surfaces are cleaned of dirt and moistened with water. The fresh surface of the walls of the new cleaning building does not require. The paint is applied to two layers, and the first is made with brushes, and the second – a spray gun. With the help of the hand, the layer is not very smooth, but it is better related to the base. The second layer is applied after the first. When working with a spray, they strive for the direction of the jet to be perpendicular to the stained surface. The paint is applied with a strip from top to bottom – from the upper to the lower boundary of the plane, then – also from the bottom up. If this is not done, the composition will lie unevenly, stains, stripes will appear, and in the end the layer will begin to separate from the base. When performing finishing work by PHV compositions in the summer, it is necessary to moisten the surface of the facade before painting. Perchlorvinyl paints are toxic, therefore, in the process of coloring, it is recommended to protect the respiratory system, at least the simplest ways (multi -layer gauze bandage). The finish of cement paints is also quite durable. It is produced according to concrete, brick, plastered and asbestos -cement surfaces. Cement paints are a mixture of cement, alkali pigments (mummy, ultramarin, chromium oxide, etc.) with additives of bosses, asbestos waste, fillers. The paint also contains hygroscopic (water -absorbing) additives to retain moisture necessary for grasping cement, and hydrophobic – to increase the water resistance of the paint during operation. Lightly milk sand is usually used as a filler. The composition of the cement paint is about the same: white Portland cement – up to 75 parts (by weight), lime -foster – 15, pigments – 10, calcium stearate (water -repellent additive) – up to 1, calcium chloride – 2-4, 11-2 parts of parts. Sand is 25-50% of the mass of dry mixture. Dry cement paint can be prepared in any mixing or brown mechanism.
