Invite BTI techniques, after which you can get a technical passport. The house should have windows, doors, porch, roof, ceilings between floors.
Then you need to get a petition for the acceptance of the house into operation.
Order and receive an opinion on the readiness of putting a house into operation.
By providing documents to a special commission, you will receive an act for coordination with various services. Having agreed in all services, you will return the act to the commission. Here you will be given a decision on the acceptance of the house and permission to register the structure.
Then get a conclusion about the readiness of the house.
In BTI you will receive an extract from the technical passport.
Register and receive registration certificate. Provide a copy of it in the BTI, as well as provide information to the tax authorities.
