At the moment, it is not so often used in comparison with other countries where more than 80% of private residential buildings are being built with the use of this popular technology. In our country, so far they are just beginning to use this type of construction.
The key advantage of this technique can be considered high speed of construction, as well as the fact that you can build houses, regardless of the time of year outside the window. It takes about 32-36 months to create the house itself, but for the installation of a house and the foundation-no more than a week. With all this, such a high speed does not interfere with the result of a quality house.
To create such a structure, you need about 3 times less than a tree than in other cases. The walls of this house are much easier than brick, aerated concrete or made of logs. That is why a massive and deep foundation should not be laid under the frame-panel house. Thus, you can significantly reduce temporary and cash costs.
The houses made according to the frame-panel method have a fairly strong rigidity, they are resistant to any deformation, have excellent thermal protection. To provide the latter, quite often use basalt insulation, and then the house is warm and comfortable in the house all year round. Even if heating suddenly turns off, the house will slow down slowly, about 2 degrees per day.
