If she (screwdriver) lit up, then this is a phase wire;
We repeat the actions only with the switch turned off;
If the screwdriver no longer shines, then this is another evidence that the desired wire is found;
If the circuit breaker is double, then the second phase wire is also searched in a similar way.
As for the search for the zero wire, it is enough to put an indicator screwdriver on the alleged zero for this. As a rule, such wires of black, white or blue. If the screwdriver does not glow, then this is the desired wire. Thus there are the necessary wires that go after the switch.

There are three wires in any lighting device. They are all different colors. The zero wire is connected to the zero in the camshaft. Phase wires are connected to similar phase in the same box.

Before drill the hole in the ceiling, it is worth remembering the following:
First, the right place is selected. It should not coincide with directions to switch and wires to neighboring rooms.
