Such blocks are made from a mixture of expanded clay and concrete. There are two species- hollow and full-bodied. During the use of hollow, they specially make voids. Such voids are designed to remove different electric distributors and in order to make the foundation more stable by installing a frame for load -bearing walls. In turn, full -bodied are very heavy, but much stronger.
Build a house of such material much faster than from ordinary brick, because the blocks are larger in size and there is no need to accept special equipment.
The cost of building such a house will be scored from speed and from who will buy building material. Of course it would be better if the material is bought by the contractor.
